Dear Sir,
On behalf of the people of Shyampur Market, we inform you that we are suffering from some heinous anti-social activities by some mischievous people.
They are making our life difficult and dirty by their heinous acts. They often cheat college-going youth, especially girls, and shopkeepers, show disrespect to rickshaw pullers, and misbehave with people and pedestrians. After sunset, their activities became more violent. They congregate on the streets and sidewalks and consume drugs such as hashish, phencidyl, soporific drugs, and heroin. Then they prey on passers-by and extort money from them. Some were stabbed and some were forcibly extorted. They even threatened to kill some people. So, we are all living in a desperate situation with the forecast that the situation could get worse.
Community leaders and senior citizens then try to sensitize them and convince them to stop their heinous activities. But they didn't care at all. Now, we seek your kind action to get rid of this crisis.
So we hope you will be compassionate enough to take effective steps to stop crime and terrorism in this area.

তারা তাদের এই জঘন্য কাজের মাধ্যমে আমাদের জীবনকে কঠিন ও নোংরা করে তুলছে। তারা প্রায়ই কলেজগামী যুবকদের, বিশেষ করে মেয়ে, দোকানদারদের প্রতারণা করে, রিকশাচালকদের প্রতি অসম্মান প্রদর্শন করে এবং মানুষ ও পথচারীদের সাথে দুর্ব্যবহার করে। সূর্যাস্তের পর তাদের কার্যক্রম আরো হিংস্র হয়ে উছে । তারা রাস্তায় ও ফুটপাতে জড়ো হয় এবং হাশিস, ফেনসিডিল, সোপোরিফিক ড্রাগ এবং হেরোইনের মতো মাদক সেবন করে। তারপর তারা পথচারীদের শিকার করে তাদের কাছ থেকে চাঁদা আদায় করে। কাউকে ছুরিকাঘাত করা হয় এবং কাউকে জোর করে চাঁদাবাজি করা হয়। এমনকি কয়েকজনকে হত্যার হুমকিও দিয়েছে তারা। সুতরাং, পরিস্থিতি আরও খারাপ হতে পারে এই পূর্বাভাস নিয়ে আমরা সবাই একটি মরিয়া পরিস্থিতিতে বাস করছি।
সম্প্রদায়ের নেতা এবং প্রবীণ নাগরিকরা তখন তাদের সচেতন করার এবং তাদের জঘন্য কার্যকলাপ বন্ধ করার জন্য তাদের বোঝানোর চেষ্টা করে। কিন্তু তারা মোটেও পাত্তা দেয়নি। এখন, আমরা এই সংকট থেকে পরিত্রাণ পেতে আপনার সদয় পদক্ষেপ কামনা করছি।
