সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য আমাদের সরকারের উচিত আরও পরিকল্পনা এবং পাওয়ার হাউস স্থাপন করা। এই সমস্যাকে মোকাবেলা করতে হলে আমাদের প্রত্যেকের এগিয়ে আসা উচিত। এ বিষয়ে জনসচেতনতাও প্রয়োজন।
